Is this a subscription?
No. The Hair Stylist Business Kit is a one-time digital purchase. It is separate from the older JJL Pro subscription tools.
Do I need special software?
The bundle includes editable Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. Microsoft Office gives the most direct editing experience. Compatible files can also be imported into Google Docs/Sheets or Canva, although imported formatting can vary slightly by platform.
Can I change the example prices and policy wording?
Yes. The customer-facing templates are meant to be customized. The example prices and language are placeholders, not recommendations for every market or business.
Can I sell the templates after I edit them?
No. Your purchase is for use in your own business. You may customize and use the finished materials with your own clients, but the template files themselves may not be resold, redistributed or repackaged as templates.
Does JJL handle my invoices or payments?
No. This bundle is intentionally designed as downloadable decision and business tools. Your accounting, invoicing and payment systems remain separate.
