Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital-download products
JJL digital bundles and templates are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after a completed purchase. Because access to the files cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical item, digital-product purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, received the wrong product, or encounter a verified technical delivery problem that JJL cannot reasonably resolve, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction and make it right.

Existing JJL Pro subscriptions
JJL Business Tools Pro is a separate legacy subscription service. Existing subscribers may cancel to stop future renewal charges. Cancellation applies to future billing periods, and access ordinarily continues through the end of the period already paid for.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where JJL confirms a billing error.

For download, duplicate-charge, cancellation or billing assistance, use the JJL contact form or email josrosynook@gmail.com. Include the email address used at checkout and enough information for us to identify the transaction. Never send full payment-card details by email.
