About the service

JJL Business Tools provides business-planning, pricing, job-tracking, proposal, invoicing, and related software tools. The service is designed to support business decisions, not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, insurance, or financial advice.

Your responsibility for inputs

Results depend on the information and assumptions entered. You are responsible for reviewing prices, taxes, contracts, payroll, permitting, deposits, invoicing requirements, and other obligations that apply to your business and location.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the service lawfully. Do not use JJL to store or transmit unlawful material, interfere with the service, or access data that does not belong to you.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the business and customer information you enter. You grant JJL the limited rights necessary to process that information solely to operate the requested features.

Availability and changes

JJL may improve, add, modify, or discontinue features as the product develops. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Subscriptions

When paid subscriptions are activated, current pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Subscription cancellation and renewal terms will be disclosed at checkout.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, JJL is not responsible for business losses caused by inaccurate user inputs, business decisions made from estimates, third-party outages, or events outside reasonable control.

Third-party integrations

Features that connect to services such as payment processors or accounting software are also subject to those providers' terms and availability.
