What JJL collects

JJL Business Tools may collect account information you provide, business information you enter into the tools, customer and job information you choose to save, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, save your business records, calculate results, improve product reliability, communicate about your account, and protect the service from misuse. JJL does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Customer information you enter

If you enter information about your own customers, you are responsible for having an appropriate business purpose and permission to use that information. JJL uses that data to provide the features you request.

Third-party services

JJL may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, accounting integrations, and payment processors to provide parts of the service. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

When payment processing is enabled, card or bank information will be handled by the connected payment processor rather than stored directly by JJL except for limited transaction details needed to show payment status.

Data security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and requests

Information may be retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, and operational purposes. Account holders may request access, correction, or deletion of their account information through the support contact provided by JJL.

Changes

This policy may be updated as JJL adds features or integrations. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
